Welcome to Morinville Limousine Services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, clarity, and satisfaction of all our clients.

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations require a deposit to secure your booking. Final payment is due prior to the start of the service unless otherwise arranged.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled booking to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are subject to a charge of 100% of the total booking cost.

3. Service Areas

We provide service across Morinville, Gibbons, Bon Accord, Cardiff, Legal, Namao, St. Albert, and the greater Edmonton area. If your location is outside this zone, please contact us for availability.

4. Passenger Conduct

Clients are responsible for their party’s behavior. The driver reserves the right to terminate a ride without refund if passengers engage in illegal activity, excessive intoxication, or abusive behavior.

5. Alcohol & Smoking

Alcohol is permitted for clients of legal drinking age (18+ in Alberta), subject to compliance with provincial laws.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited

in all vehicles.

6. Damages

The client assumes full responsibility for any damages to the vehicle caused by themselves or their party. Cleaning or repair fees will be charged as necessary.

7. Delays & Liability

We strive to arrive early and ensure on-time service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Vehicle Availability

Morinville Limousine Services operates a single luxury vehicle. While we take every precaution to maintain our vehicle in top condition, in the rare event of a mechanical issue or unforeseen maintenance, we reserve the right to

cancel the booking for safety reasons. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
